We encourage interested practitioners to submit their articles for publication on the MAEA Research Commission Web Articles page.
WEB ARTICLE AUTHOR GUIDELINES:
Written work should be applicable to a diverse audience of art practitioners and educators. Any topics of professional interest of art and art education are welcome. Articles that showcase classroom lesson implementation, artists work, and scholarly work or research are all welcome.
-Articles should be no more than 1600 words.
-Articles are reviewed and edited before publication. Articles may be sent back to the author(s) with comments for additional revisions.
-It may take up to two weeks for your article to appear on the MAEA Research Commission Web Articles page once it has been approved for publication.
Can I include images?
Photographs or images that accompany the text are welcome. Image files for submission should be 80Kb-100Kb and 72 dpi (resolution). Images must be accompanied by release forms, captions, and credits.
